Green Light Recruitment is seeking a Freight Forwarding Manager in Christchurch to lead and mentor a small team. The role is hands-on, reporting to the Managing Director, with the goal of growing the team after the position is filled.

You will be an engaging leader who drives excellent results and sets the standard from the front. Ideal candidates will have import/export experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent communication
