Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience working within NZ commercial construction.

• A good understanding of procurement, cost management, claims and variations.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing project budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Procuring and managing subcontractor packages.
• Assessing progress claims and manage variations.
• Providing accurate commercial reporting through the project life-cycle.
• Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, clients and consultants.
