Aon is seeking a proactive Claims Specialist to join our Regional Claims Lodgment team. Based in Christchurch, with flexibility for Hamilton or Auckland, you will learn from experienced professionals and contribute to delivering risk and broking services to corporate clients.

You will collaborate across stakeholders, manage claim records, and support with legal fees and reserves while maintaining high-quality administration.

Qualifications

• Front-line claims experience is preferred but not required.
• Customer- or solution-driven background in a corporate setting is suitable.

Responsibilities

• Be the front-line contact for corporate clients on claims queries.
• Coordinate between clients, insurers, legal advisers and stakeholders.
• Prepare concise claim records for brokers.
• Process legal fees and monitor reserves.
• Perform general administration and records maintenance.
