Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering accurate payroll and HR reporting.

• Experience contributing to reporting enhancements and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• HR and payroll reporting and analysis delivering high quality, accurate reports and insights.
• Payroll reporting training and support for Payroll Advisors.
• Implementing process improvements to optimise reporting workflows.
• Testing of system enhancements and upgrades.
• Contributing to key initiatives and projects as required.
• Establishing and maintaining the organisation structure and position management.
