The Salvation Army New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga & Samoa is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support HR information and payroll reporting. You will contribute to reporting accuracy, data analysis and process improvements while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and service delivery.
The role involves delivering timely payroll reporting, supporting Payroll Advisors, and working on system enhancements within a Not‑for‑Profit environment.

Our HRIS & Payroll team are charged with the timely and effective delivery of high quality payroll services along with support to the organisation by providing reporting and analysis.
This opportunity will suit a person wishing to use their knowledge and skills whilst bringing their strong quality focus and work ethic to the team. With involvement in HR information and data, this role also offers the opportunity to support the work of the organisation through contributing to the development of reporting and process improvement.

This role is permanent full time, hours worked will be 37.50 per week. However, open to considering part-time hours and/or job share.
The starting salary for this role will fall $95,000 and $105,000
