Job summary

JacksonStone & Partners seeks a Project Manager to support the Housing Programme in Wellington, NZ, on a fixed-term basis through to 30 June 2027. You will coordinate a diverse portfolio of housing initiatives, manage documentation and reporting, and engage with internal and external partners to drive community outcomes.

The role requires proven project management or coordination experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and an understanding of housing or urban development issues.

Qualifications

• Project management or coordination experience.
• Background in housing, local government, planning, or community development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisation, communication and reporting abilities.
• Understanding of housing, urban development, or community housing issues.
