ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join a major infrastructure company delivering large projects in Wellington. The role sits within a project controls team, focusing on planning and scheduling for major civil projects.

Based in Wellington, NZ, the position offers an opportunity to lead and maintain project programmes, track progress, support earned value management, and collaborate with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience working on infrastructure or major projects.
• Strong skills in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI.
• Good understanding of EVM and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
• Experience with 4D planning tools such as Synchro 4D or Asta.
• Strong communication and thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain project programmes and schedules for infrastructure projects.
• Track project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Support earned value management (EVM) and reporting.
• Assist with schedule risk analysis and forecasting.
• Work closely with project teams to keep plans accurate.
• Support 4D planning and coordination work.
