You’ll coordinate across projects, drive improvements, and work closely with various teams to deliver practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Systems-thinking approach to identify gaps and solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in leadership or management roles.
• Knowledge of the social sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong administration and coordination across projects.
• Champion business improvement and quality of processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiency.
• Support project planning and ensure timely deliverables.
• Create and implement systems and processes; use technology to achieve objectives.
• Train others in systems and processes as required.
• Collaborate with the Business Operations Manager on service improvement.
