Job summary

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Operations Support professional to join our Business Systems and Operations team and play a key role in supporting and improving how our wider team operates.

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the day-to-day operations of Building System Delivery and Assurance (BSDA). You'll work across business support, systems administration, reporting coordination, onboarding, team engagement, and process improvement activities that help keep our group running smoothly.

Working closely with colleagues across BSDA, you'll help foster a positive and connected team culture, support people to get the most from our systems and tools, and contribute to initiatives that improve how we work.
