As our Business Improvement and Project Support person, you’ll be the ‘go-to’ person for daily systems, project support and the execution of support needs across Workwise.
You’ll work closely with Workwise teams to understand how they work and identify the inefficiencies getting in their way. You’ll help develop and lead the implementation of new processes and technology solutions that improve the experience and performance of our teams.
You’ll collaborate as part of a project team on larger-scale projects and take the lead on smaller continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also build strong relationships with key stakeholders, coordinate project deliverables and support the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
