Job summary

Pathways Health Ltd is seeking a Workwise employment consultant to help people live great lives by finding and keeping work. You will work with tāngata whai mahi facing health challenges, collaborating with whānau, health services and employers in Hamilton.

The role is permanent, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, based at Kakāriki House. The ideal candidate has strong people skills, cultural competence, and lived experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in social services, addiction, youth, mental health, disability, employment, or career development sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support people to find and keep employment.
• Work with people and their whānau from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Collaborate with community mental health, social services, government agencies and employers.
