Responsibilities

• System Monitoring & Maintenance: Regularly test, monitor, and evaluate network systems (LAN, WAN, cloud, and servers) to ensure high compatibility and operational integrity.
• Issue Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Handle, diagnose, and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network faults escalated by end-users or technical teams.
• Business Process Analysis: Examine current workflows and IT infrastructure to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for technological optimization.
• Implementation & Upgrades: Serve as the technical lead during application upgrades, software rollouts, and new system implementations.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between end-users, management, and third-party IT vendors to resolve complex software conflicts and ensure functional alignment.
• Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive system specifications, test plans, and user manuals; conduct formal training sessions for internal staff.
