Job summary

BNZ is seeking an Associate to join the Onboarding team in a hybrid role based in Auckland or Wellington. You will guide customers through the onboarding process, review applications, and perform due diligence in line with BNZ policies.

You’ll interact across digital and phone channels, ensuring a smooth, compliant entry into BNZ services. You should bring a customer-focused mindset, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer onboarding processes and KYC/AML due diligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple onboarding applications and respond to customer inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding requests through digital and phone channels.
• Support customers through the application process and answer questions.
• Follow up with customers via phone and digital channels to progress applications.
• Review active applications and ensure all follow-ups are completed.
• Complete customer due diligence in line with BNZ policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team and internal stakeholders to improve processes and customer experience.
