Job summary
Bioeconomy Science Institute Maiangi Taiao in New Zealand seeks a Digital Support Analyst for a fixed-term six-month period. You will provide first-line IT support across end-user devices and digital workplace technologies, ensuring staff experience minimal disruption.
You will communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and help improve service standards in a hybrid work environment with flexible hours and strong staff support.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering 1st level IT support.
- ITIL and MS 365 qualifications desirable.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software and collaboration tech issues.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-user support for incidents and service requests, with escalation as needed.
- Support workplace technology, devices, applications, peripherals and room tech.
- Assist with provisioning, deployment, maintenance, replacement and retirement of devices.
- Contribute to service improvement through documentation and knowledge sharing.
