Qualifications

Proven experience as a Helpdesk Support Officer or similar IT role.
Solid understanding of hardware, Windows OS, and basic networking.
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Strong problem-solving, patience, and customer-focused communication.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals.
Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve issues promptly.
