Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in industrial, manufacturing, or trades sectors.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing skilled tradespeople and operators.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with strong organizational skills.
• Trade qualification or relevant background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for industrial roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients in the Eastern Cape region.
• Understand technical requirements and safety protocols relevant to industrial positions.
• Manage the full recruitment process and ensure timely placements.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract skilled workers.
• Conduct site visits to client facilities as needed.
• Achieve individual and team placement targets.
• Provide market insights on labour availability and compensation trends.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and safety standards.
