Job summary

Milwaukee Tools is recruiting a Sales Representative to grow the Milwaukee business and customer base across greater Christchurch, including Hornby, Timaru, Geraldine and Twizel. You will report to the Job Site Solutions Manager and be based in Christchurch, owning a broad territory.

Key duties include educating end users, presenting product solutions, and maintaining Salesforce-driven administration with dealer networks. A proactive hunter mentality and strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Trade or end user sales experience.
• Energetic, proactive hunter mentality with drive to seek opportunities.
• Self-organised and motivated, with the ability to effectively plan and manage a large territory.
• Genuinely excited about the Milwaukee brand, our products and what we offer our users.
• Experienced in various MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Target and educate end users to convert to Milwaukee products and achieve sales targets
• Effectively present Milwaukee products and solutions to our user network.
• Keep administration requirements up to date by using Salesforce. This includes planning work with our dealer network to engage users that we can provide solutions for.
• Maintain consistent and open communication with ASM team about activity taking place in the user and dealer market.
• Ensuring all mandatory administration is up to date in Salesforce. I.E. Calendars, Pipeline and Account list.
• Service the specific needs of the local market while maintaining marketing guidelines.
• Assist the ASM team with Trade Events when required.
