Placements24 is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for commercial building projects. The role is based in Queenstown and offers a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of on-site supervision and remote administrative work, overseeing planning, execution, and financial management from inception to completion.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager for commercial buildings.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Experience using project management software (MS Project, Procore, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and allocation plans.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring safety, codes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project finances, including budgets, invoices, and change orders.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and authorities to meet objectives.
• Prepare progress reports, financial summaries, and risk assessments.
• Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
