Placements24 is seeking a Construction Planner to join a prominent infrastructure team delivering projects around Queenstown. You will develop, coordinate and monitor master schedules, working with project managers, engineers and site teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of planning experience, a Bachelor's in CM/CE, and advanced skills in Primavera P6 and MS Project. A hybrid work model combines remote planning with occasional on-site assessments in the Queenstown

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CM or CE.
• 5–7 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.
• Hybrid work model with on-site Queenstown visits.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain master schedules and construction sequences for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to define scope and milestones.
• Identify critical path activities and scheduling risks.
• Prepare progress reports highlighting variances and delays.
• Assist in development of recovery plans when behind schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and integrate schedules into the master plan.
