Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex business solutions in Queenstown, NZ. The role offers hybrid work and close client engagement across projects.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has a PMP or similar certification, 7+ years of project management experience, and a proven track record across consulting or client-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience, consulting or client-facing.
• Experience leading multiple complex projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
• Define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation and risk assessment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and address issues as they arise.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with clients and teams with clear updates.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures to achieve financial goals.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and growth.
