The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and strong leadership to mentor teams and coordinate consultants, clients, and contractors on complex builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Professional registration with SACPCMP is highly desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction management on large-scale projects.
• Proven leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for construction projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams including site engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies to meet goals efficiently.
• Manage finances, cash flow, and financial reporting for projects.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulators to meet objectives.
