Placements24 is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee Queenstown-based projects. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate a multidisciplinary team, and ensure projects meet plans, budgets, and timelines with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and 6+ years of experience, including 3+ years in site management. Hybrid work and travel within the region are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction-related field
• 6+ years of construction experience, with >=3 years in site management
• Proficient in MS Project and reading technical drawings
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices in construction

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities to align with project objectives.
• Develop and implement detailed site work plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
• Supervise and mentor site personnel, including tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget, implementing corrective actions as needed.
