Pax8 is seeking a Channel Account Manager in Auckland to develop and manage strategic partner relationships, drive growth, and enable partners to scale in the cloud marketplace. This hybrid role involves working in the Auckland office three days per week and collaborating across sales, enablement, and product teams.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in partner or channel roles, a deep understanding of cloud and SaaS ecosystems, and a consultative, partner-first mindset.

Qualifications

Proven ability to build and grow partner relationships in a commercial environment.
Experience in account management, business development, or channel roles.
Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, or technology ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Build strong, trusted relationships with partners, acting as their strategic advisor.
Drive partner growth through enablement, business planning, and opportunity development.
Guide partners in adopting cloud solutions and unlocking new revenue streams.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partner engagement and performance.
Monitor partner success metrics and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes.
Collaborate across sales, enablement, and product teams to deliver partner experiences.
