Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant for Emerging Tech & AI in Auckland. You will educate and engage law firms, corporate legal teams and government bodies, showcasing AI and document management to drive productivity and outcomes.

You will partner with sales to tailor demonstrations, stay ahead on AI trends, and support proposals while building credibility with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering or similar role.
• Experience with SaaS or software solutions and demos/workshops.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and business applications.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Commercial acumen and ability to influence buying decisions.
• Legal tech or document management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product and technical presentations and customer workshops.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support the sales process.
• Develop deep expertise in LexisNexis AI and DMS solutions.
• Act as SME on AI and DMS trends for customers.
• Engage prospective clients, understand business challenges and value.
• Support proposals, tenders and RFP responses with accurate solutions.
• Build relationships with executives and technical stakeholders.
