Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant - Emerging Tech & AI in New Zealand. You will partner with law firms, corporate legal teams and government orgs to showcase AI and document management solutions that drive productivity and outcomes.

You will lead product demonstrations, workshops and advisory engagements, translating complex AI concepts into business value while collaborating with sales teams across ANZ. This role offers a hybrid work model and exposure to leading legal-tech products.

Qualifications

• Must have pre-sales or solutions consulting experience.
• Experience with SaaS or software-based solutions.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product and technical presentations and customer workshops.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support the sales process.
• Develop deep expertise in LexisNexis AI and Document Management System (DMS) solutions.
• Act as a trusted SME on AI and DMS technologies and industry trends.
• Engage prospective clients to understand business challenges and demonstrate value of AI and DMS solutions.
• Support proposals, tenders, RFP responses and sales collateral to address client needs.
• Build relationships with executives, technical teams and business decision-makers.
• Share customer insights and market feedback with product teams to shape AI/DMS solutions.
