Job summary

Geneva Healthcare in Auckland CBD is seeking a permanent full-time Client Services Coordinator to manage client portfolios and coordinate healthcare support workers. You will handle high call volumes, document communications, and ensure timely care for clients and workers.

The role requires a background in call centres or health administration, with a genuine desire to help others and strong multitasking. A hybrid work arrangement is available in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven call centre experience.
• Health administration/coordinator experience preferred.
• Scheduling/rostering experience advantageous.
• Genuine interest to help others.
• Well-developed multitasking ability.
• NZ Citizen/Resident or valid NZ work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all clients in allocated business units/regional area.
• Ensure most well trained and suitable Support Worker is placed with the client.
• Deliver proactive responsiveness to clients and support workers.
• Document all communications to manage incidents.
• Assess new complex clients and coordinate with Complex Assessment team.
• Maintain relationships with timely, clear communication at each step.
• Keep client and Support Worker records up to date.
• Manage all facets of client services and signing off Support Workers as clinically competent.
• Coordinate planned leave to ensure continued client care.
