Job summary

Lightforce Solar is hiring a Waikato Hub Coordinator to keep stock, equipment, and resources flowing to installation teams. The role blends warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination and administrative support within a fast‑paced renewable energy company.

You’ll bridge the gap between national supply chain and local hub activities, owning warehouse functions while contributing to day‑to‑day operations and a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control or a similar role.
• Current Forklift Licence and Full NZ Driver Licence.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using workplace systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Physically fit with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with simPRO or related sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate materials and equipment for installation teams.
• Receive, organise, and distribute stock across the hub and field teams.

Role Overview

As Lightforce Solar’s Waikato Hub Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently by ensuring our installation teams have the stock, equipment, and resources they need to deliver outstanding solar projects. This is a hands‑on, varied position that combines warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and operational support. You’ll act as the key connection between our national supply chain and local hub operations, taking ownership of warehouse functions while helping drive smooth day‑to‑day activity within a growing and fast‑paced renewable energy business.
