Job summary

Lightforce Solar is seeking a Bay of Plenty Hub Coordinator to ensure stock, equipment, and resources reach installation teams. This hands-on role blends warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination, linking our national supply chain with local hub activity.

You will manage warehouse functions, coordinate materials for installs, and support day-to-day hub operations while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-growing renewable energy business.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control, or a similar role.
• Current Forklift Licence and Full NZ Driver Licence.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using workplace systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Physically fit with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SimPRO or the solar, construction, or trades sector is advantageous.

Role Overview

As Lightforce Solar’s Bay of Plenty Hub Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently by ensuring our installation teams have the stock, equipment, and resources they need to deliver outstanding solar projects. This is a hands‑on, varied position that combines warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and operational support. You’ll act as the key connection between our national supply chain and local hub operations, taking ownership of warehouse functions while helping drive smooth day‑to‑day activity within a growing and fast‑paced renewable energy business.
