You will partner with HR experts and leaders to define requirements, develop plans, manage risks and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects end to end.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience delivering business process improvement and change initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Experience with technology/digital transformation projects in HR.
• Collaborative, pragmatic approach focused on sustainable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end to end from discovery and planning through implementation and transition to business-as-usual.
• Partner with HR subject matter experts, leaders and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Develop project plans, governance, communication and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops, document current and future state processes.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change impacts.
• Coordinate resources across teams to achieve milestones.
• Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement and simplify HR processes.
• Build Project Management capability within the HR Team with tools and coaching.
