Job summary
Fisher & Paykel Appliances Ltd. is seeking an experienced HRIS Lead to support and evolve our HR technology ecosystem within the global Haier HRIS framework.
You will be the key link between local business priorities and the global HRIS roadmap, delivering scalable Workday-based solutions and continuous improvement. The role focuses on leading Workday configuration, security, reporting and integrations, partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical HR technology outcomes,
Qualifications
- Significant experience in Workday/HRIS within a complex, multi-country organisation.
- Deep Workday HCM expertise across end-to-end configuration and governance.
- Experience with integrations and EIB beneficial.
- Proven ability to drive process improvement, automation and optimisation.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder influence across HR, Payroll, IT and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to understand strategic HR goals and translate needs into HR technology solutions.
- Lead HRIS roadmap, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide Workday configuration, testing, reporting, security, and processes expertise.
- Translate business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate manual activities.
- Drive governance across HRIS initiatives, risks and priorities.
- Collaborate with Shared Services to improve system efficiency and delivery.
