Fisher & Paykel Healthcare in New Zealand is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the HR team to lead strategic projects that improve how we work across the organisation. You will manage end-to-end initiatives from discovery to implementation, collaborate with HR experts and leaders, and drive process improvement and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through implementation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience delivering business process improvement and change initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with technology, systems or digital transformation projects.
• Collaborative and pragmatic approach with focus on sustainable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end to end from discovery and planning, through change management, implementation and transition to business-as-usual.
• Partner with HR subject matter experts, people leaders, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Develop project plans, governance frameworks, communication plans and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and document current and future state processes.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change impacts.
• Coordinate resources across multiple teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to simplify and enhance internal HR processes.
• Build the Project Management capability within the HR Team (developing tools, coaching others and establishing consistent practices).
