Job summary

Ministry of Health in Wellington is seeking a proactive HR professional to join the HR Business Partnering team in a permanent, full-time role. You will support managers and employees, coordinate key HR processes, and help deliver high-quality people services across the Ministry.

• You’ll support managers and employees, coordinate key HR processes, and help deliver high-quality people services across the Ministry.
• Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you'll broaden your HR knowledge, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and play an important role in achieving positive people outcomes.
• Be the first point of contact for Ask HR and recruitment enquiries, providing timely and accurate support to managers, employees and candidates.
• Coordinate key HR processes including recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding activities, wellness payments, and the workflow of employment documentation.
• Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the HR Business Partnering team, helping keep priorities on track and ensuring work is delivered efficiently.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation and contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and ways of working.
