We are seeking a motivated, positive, and highly organised HR Coordinator to join our AskHR team on a full‑time fixed term basis through to 5 February 2027. As part of our AskHR team, you will play a key role in supporting employees and leaders across the Waikato region. Working in a busy and fast‑paced environment, you will coordinate a range of HR processes, respond to enquiries, maintain workforce information, and help ensure our people receive accurate and timely support. This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. You will support a wide range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including, employment changes, contract administration, workforce data management, compliance activities, reporting, and responding to enquiries from employees and leaders. We operate a hybrid working model, with the opportunity to work from home up to two days per week.
