Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join the AskHR team on a full-time fixed term basis through to 5 February 2027. You will support employees and leaders across the Waikato region, coordinating HR processes, responding to enquiries, and maintaining workforce information.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, payroll, administration, customer service, or a related operational environment.
• Experience using HRIS, HRMS, workforce systems, or other enterprise systems.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high volume work with accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution focused mindset.
• Well developed communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
