Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and willingness to learn HR skills.
• Professional demeanour and handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Support recruitment by posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
• Help coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Provide administrative support to HR including filing and data entry.
• Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies.
• Assist with HR events and training sessions.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of HR information.
