Job summary

Rentokil Initial seeks an HR Advisor to deliver expert HR guidance to managers and staff, focusing on policies, employee relations, and compliance within the New Zealand environment.

With 1–2 years in HR roles, you’ll coach leaders, manage HRIS data in Workday, and contribute to value-driven initiatives, while collaborating with the HRBP to drive people initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in HR Coordinator or Advisory roles.
• Ability to coach and enable leaders with strong communication.
• Moderate knowledge of Employee Relations.
• Understanding of NZ employment law and compliance.
• Proactive and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Stay up-to-date with employment legislation, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Manage HRIS (Workday), reporting, and keep employee data up-to-date.
• Support the HRBP with HR related initiatives.
