Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group is seeking a dynamic HR Advisor to advance your HR career with flexibility, growth, and challenging work in New Zealand. You will provide guidance on HR policies, support employee relations, and ensure compliance with NZ employment laws.

You’ll work with the HRBP, manage HRIS (Workday) data, and help implement HR initiatives while maintaining thorough records and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years HR experience in coordinator or advisory roles.
• Moderate knowledge of employee relations (ER).
• Understanding of New Zealand employment legislation.
• Ability to coach and enable leaders with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Stay up-to-date with NZ employment legislation and ensure compliance in HR activities.
• Contribute to development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs and policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Manage HRIS (Workday) reporting and keep employee data up-to-date.
• Support the HRBP with HR related initiatives.
