Job summary

Rentokil Initial New Zealand is seeking an HR Advisor to support managers and employees with HR policies and best practices. You will handle employee relations, ensure compliance with NZ employment law, and help implement HR initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in HR roles, strong communication, and the ability to coach leaders. You will work with Workday HRIS and contribute to a positive, compliant workplace in a flexible environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in HR Coordinator or Advisory roles.
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Moderate knowledge of Employee Relations practices.
• Strong communication skills to coach leaders.
• Understanding of New Zealand employment law and compliance.
• Driven to deliver value-based HR initiatives and solutions.

Responsibilities
