Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking an HR Advisor in New Zealand to provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. You will support employee relations, ensure legal compliance, and help develop HR initiatives, while maintaining accurate records in Workday.

The role offers flexible hours, growth opportunities, and on-site parking. You will collaborate with the HRBP and influence leaders with strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years HR experience in coordinator or advisory roles.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and background checks.
• Strong knowledge of NZ employment law.
• Excellent communication and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Stay up-to-date with employment legislation, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.
• Contribute to development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Manage HRIS (Workday), reporting, and keep employee data up-to-date.
• Support the HRBP with HR related initiatives.
