Job summary

Recruitment Studio in Auckland, NZ is seeking an HR advisory professional to provide day-to-day support across a varied client base. Manage end-to-end ER cases including performance, disciplinary matters, investigations, restructures and terminations.

You will act as a trusted partner, delivering practical guidance aligned with NZ employment law, while supporting full recruitment processes from scope to offer. A diverse, outcome‑focused consultancy role with notable client exposure awaits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience managing full ER processes end to end is a must.
• Ability to provide practical HR advisory across client organisations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day HR advisory support across client organisations.
• Manage ER cases end to end including performance, disciplinary, investigations, restructures and terminations.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, offering practical advice aligned with NZ employment law and best practice.
• Support and run full cycle recruitment processes, from role scoping through to offer stage.
• Contribute to HR projects such as performance frameworks, salary reviews and organisational changes.
