We’re recruiting for a capable and proactive HR Advisor to join the People and Capability team of a large, values-led organisation.
This broad generalist opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working at pace, supporting managers and balancing advisory responsibilities with hands‑on operational HR delivery. You’ll work across two busy and dynamic business areas, helping ensure employee changes, recruitment, documentation and day‑to‑day HR matters are managed accurately and efficiently.
Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner and working closely with the HR Coordinator and wider People and Capability team, you’ll provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees across a large and diverse workforce.
The organisation is agile and entrepreneurial, with less reliance on rigid policies and prescribed processes. You’ll need to be comfortable operating in the grey, using your judgement and taking ownership of work with minimal direction. This is a varied role combining manager advisory support with recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, payroll inputs, employee relations support and wider people initiatives.
