Pohlen Partners in Auckland is seeking an HR Advisor to join a growing nationwide team. You will provide expert HR advice, support managers at site-based teams, and help shape employee experience across the business.
You'll work in a collaborative, outcomes-focused environment with an emphasis on NZ employment relations, policy development and onboarding/offboarding activities. Eligible candidates will have NZ work eligibility and a practical HR background.

In a collaborative HR environment, their goal is to provide expert HR advice and support to managers at their site-based teams in Auckland and nationally. Helping leaders build high performing teams and delivering great outcomes for their people, ER guidance features alongside general day -to-day HR advice, policy development and improvement, organisational projects, on-boarding and offboarding activities and more.
From a multi-site, unionised, operations-based environment, you’ll bring a commercial perspective and practical approach. Comfortable engaging at all levels, you’re a good communicator and thrive in a collaborative, solutions-focused workplace. With experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist role, you enjoy applying your knowledge of NZ employment relations and HR best practice to increase capability and performance.
Confidence working with HR systems and technology, and a tertiary qualification is preferred.
