Job summary

Tribe Auckland Fort Street is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead hotel operations with a hands-on approach focused on delivering exceptional guest service. This role sits in the Auckland CBD within the Accor Tribe brand, directing strategic initiatives to optimize performance and guest satisfaction.

You will drive revenue growth, oversee F&B and hotel operations, and lead a passionate team to create memorable guest experiences and loyalty across the property.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Hotel Operations & Food & Beverage Management.
• Demonstrated strategic and operational leadership experience.
• Proven track record of maintaining excellent product and service standards.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
• Ability to build, maintain and seek new opportunities / partnerships within the local market.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Passion for delivering a memorable guest experience and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Hotel with a highly organized approach.
