Job summary

Job description

An established operator of hostels and hybrid hotel-hostel stays, with food and beverage venues in Australia and New Zealand, needs a General Manager for a large property it is opening in Auckland. The employer wants one senior leader who can carry full responsibility for the site: guests, people, money and compliance.

This hire comes early on purpose. With the start aimed at January 2027 and the opening set for March, the employer needs someone who can build the operation and assemble the leadership team well before the first guests arrive.
