Employer Sponsored Jobs in Auckland is seeking a General Manager to lead a large property opening in March 2027. You will be responsible for guests, people, money and compliance, and will build the operation ahead of the first guests.

The role requires proven hospitality leadership, a strong grasp of lodging and yield management, and comfort with budgets, labour, revenue and cost control. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Formación

• Proven experience running a busy hotel or hostel operation.
• Strong grasp of lodging and yield management and commercial drivers.
• Comfortable with budgets, labour, revenue and cost control; F&B exposure a plus.
• Knowledge of Auckland hospitality and lodging scene beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the entire property, managing the heads of Host, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance
• Accountable for guest satisfaction, workplace culture, financial results, operating standards and compliance
• Lead pre-opening efforts to stand up the operation, set culture and assemble leadership team for launch
