St. Andrew's Nursing Home (Queenstown) seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage accounts payable, vendor operations, and general ledger tasks in a healthcare setting.

You will verify and post invoices, perform three-way matching, assist with month-end closes and grant/subsidy allocations, and support GST compliance under MOH guidelines. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• 2–4 years of AP and GL experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of GST and healthcare funding structures.

Responsibilities

• Process healthcare invoices and vendor bills with three-way matching.
• Prepare payment runs and manage vendor cash flow.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Close month and year with journal entries and GL allocations.
• Assist with GST returns and MOH regulatory guidelines compliance.
