Smith+Nephew is seeking a Business Development Executive – Community for NZ Advanced Wound Management to drive growth across public and private sectors. You will identify opportunities, develop strategic plans for DHBs and manage key accounts including hospitals, ACC, and wholesalers.

You will collaborate with sales teams, deliver tender outcomes, and expand the NZ market while upholding our Life Unlimited purpose through care, collaboration and courage.

Qualificações

• Tertiary business or science qualification required.
• Strong understanding of NZ healthcare sector and hospital dynamics.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities with the Advanced Wound Management Sales Team.
• Develop strategic business plans for DHBs.
• Manage relationships with DHB Hospital Accounts, Private Hospitals, PHARMAC, ACC, and providers.
• Drive tender and contract outcomes with external stakeholders.
• Evaluate ideas for new products and assess market profitability.
• Identify new sales leads in the geographic territory.
• Present information at client meetings, exhibits, and conferences.
• Plan and execute new marketing initiatives.
• Ensure CRM alignment with SAP and CRM requirements.
