Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, enterprise sales or strategic account growth.
• Experience selling complex healthcare technology, automation or integrated solutions.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs, procurement leaders.
• Track record of creating opportunities and winning new business.
• Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and secure new opportunities across NZ hospitals and networks.
• Develop strategic business development plans across the MMS portfolio.
• Drive growth across BD Rowa Hospital, BD Rowa Retail, Pyxis and Infusion Solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Engage executive stakeholders and healthcare decision-makers.
• Lead customer workshops, solution demonstrations and value-based discussions.
• Build compelling business cases showing clinical, operational and financial outcomes.
• Manage complex sales cycles from opportunity to contract.
• Lead tender and proposal responses with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Project, Service and Finance teams.
