Fletcher Construction is seeking an Administrator to join the Health & Safety team on Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi. You will help maintain records, prepare documentation and coordinate essential safety processes on this transformative project.

In this role you will support onboarding, inductions and a broad range of workforce administration activities, ensuring accuracy and smooth day-to-day operations across Alliance partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration, coordination or support role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety records, databases and filing systems
• Prepare reports, meeting documentation and other administrative materials
• Coordinate and track health and safety documentation and compliance records
• Support onboarding, inductions and other workforce administration activities
• Provide general administrative support to the Health & Safety team and wider stakeholders
