Responsibilities

• Support the Director to deliver SHIFT's strategic priorities and business plan.
• Keep day-to-day operations moving and ensure key priorities are followed through.
• Oversee systems, processes, governance, risk and compliance across SHIFT Advisory and SHIFT Compliance.
• Collaborate with HQ and external experts to meet obligations and improve operations.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve performance, support growth and strengthen operations.
• Monitor business performance and provide clear visibility of issues, risks and progress.
